Darsh brings more than 25 years of experience across global capital markets, structured finance, special situations investing and complex transaction execution. His experience spans capital raising, financing solutions, structured transactions and strategic advisory across sectors, jurisdictions and capital structures.
Prior to co-founding Galibier Strategic Advisors in 2023, Darsh held senior leadership positions at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan where he led businesses across convertible bonds, credit and equity derivatives trading, structured solutions and capital markets activities.
Faisal Hayat
Faisal Hayat is a co-founder of Galibier Strategic Advisors and advises clients across energy transition, infrastructure and real asset transactions with a focus on originating, structuring and delivering complex strategic opportunities.
Faisal brings extensive experience across project development, financing solutions, transaction execution and commercial strategy, working alongside developers, investors and operating businesses across complex energy and infrastructure situations.
Prior to co-founding Galibier Strategic Advisors in 2023, having held senior roles at Mitsubishi UFJ, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, Faisal developed extensive experience across energy transition and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on originating, structuring and executing complex opportunities.
Peter Baksa
Peter Baksa is a co-founder of Galibier Strategic Advisors and advises clients across energy transition, renewables, infrastructure and real asset transactions.
Peter brings extensive experience across corporate finance, financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring and capital markets execution. He plays a central role in analytical workstreams, transaction execution and structuring across client mandates.
Prior to co-founding Galibier Strategic Advisors in 2023, Peter spent 15 years within the Equity Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse where he led the Equity-Linked Origination team in EMEA.
